How quickly can we get started?
Most organizations are up and running within 2-4 weeks. This includes data migration, user training, and workflow configuration. We provide dedicated onboarding support to ensure a smooth transition.
What integrations do you support?
We integrate with Epic, Oracle Health (Cerner), athenahealth, and any system exposing a conformant FHIR endpoint. We also support payment processors, communication platforms, and reporting tools. Custom integrations are available for enterprise customers.
Is training included?
Yes! We provide comprehensive training for all users including administrators, supervisors, and agents. Training includes live sessions, recorded materials, and ongoing support through our knowledge base.
How do you ensure HIPAA compliance?
HIPAA compliance is built into every layer of our platform. We use end-to-end encryption, maintain comprehensive audit logs, enforce strict access controls, and undergo regular third-party security audits. We'll also sign a BAA with your organization.
What is your uptime guarantee?
Uptime targets are agreed per contract rather than published, because the commitment we can make depends on the deployment model you choose. Health checks, structured logging and OpenTelemetry tracing are built in; tell us what your availability requirements are and we will tell you plainly whether we can meet them.
Can we customize the platform?
Absolutely. Our platform supports extensive customization including custom workflows, fields, reports, and integrations. Enterprise customers can also request custom features aligned with their specific business requirements.
