Partners
Revenue cycle work does not happen in one system. ArkCloud Health is built to sit inside the estate a provider already runs, and to be integrated with rather than migrated to.
Where the programme stands
Forming
We do not publish a partner directory, and there is no partner logo wall on this page, because a formal partner programme with tiers, certification and co-marketing does not exist yet. Putting one on the site before it exists is how a buyer ends up discovering during due diligence that a named partner has never heard of us.
What does exist is the integration surface described below, and a willingness to do the work with the first organisations through the door. If that is you, the conversation is a real one rather than an application to a queue.
How partnerships fit
EHR and practice management vendors
The platform reads and writes patient, encounter and account data over HL7 FHIR, with connectors for Epic, Cerner and athenahealth. Vendors who want a supported, documented path into ArkCloud for their mutual customers are the clearest fit.
In practiceA tested connector, a joint implementation runbook, and named engineering contacts on both sides.
Clearinghouses and EDI networks
Claims, remittance and eligibility traffic runs through clearinghouse integrations, including Availity, Waystar and Change Healthcare. Additional networks are added where customer volume justifies the work.
In practiceCredentialed connectivity, transaction-set coverage, and a shared escalation path when a payer changes behaviour.
Billing companies and RCM service providers
Organisations that run revenue cycle operations for provider clients can operate multiple client organisations on the platform, with tenant separation between them.
In practiceMulti-organisation access, onboarding support for your team, and commercial terms that reflect the volume you bring.
Technology and data partners
Payment processing, communications, document exchange and analytics tooling that a revenue cycle operation depends on. The platform already integrates Stripe, Twilio, SendGrid and Amazon Connect in these roles.
In practiceAn integration built to our API surface, with a support model agreed before either side markets it.
Referral and advisory partners
Consultants and advisors who assess or redesign revenue cycle operations and want a defensible option to recommend.
In practiceProduct training, honest answers about what has not shipped, and a referral arrangement in writing.
What naming a vendor here means
Every system named above is one the platform has a working integration path to, and each is verifiable in our published claims audit. That is a statement about our software, not about theirs.
Naming a vendor is not a claim that the vendor endorses, certifies, resells or is commercially partnered with ArkCloud Health, and it is not a claim that they have reviewed our integration. All product names and marks belong to their respective owners. Where a formal relationship does exist, we will say so explicitly and name it.
What we look for
- A shared customer, or a credible route to one. A partnership without a first implementation is a press release.
- Willingness to sign the paperwork that healthcare requires - including a Business Associate Agreement where Protected Health Information will be handled.
- A named technical contact who can answer questions about your system, and an agreed path for when something breaks in production.
- Comfort with how we describe things publicly. We do not claim certifications we do not hold, and we will not describe a partnership as more than it is - in either direction.
Starting a conversation
Write to [email protected] with your organisation, the systems involved, and the customer or use case that prompted you to get in touch. Technical questions about the integration surface can go to [email protected], and contract questions to [email protected].
If you would rather see the product first, the features and platform pages describe what is built, and request a demo will put you in front of it.
