ArkCloud Health provides software. It does not provide medical, legal, accounting, tax, billing, coding or financial advice, and nothing produced by the platform - a screen, a report, a suggested action, a generated letter or an automated recommendation - constitutes such advice.

Use of the platform does not create a physician-patient relationship, an attorney-client relationship, or any other professional relationship between you and ArkCloud Health.

This applies with particular force to anything the platform generates automatically, including model-assisted denial analysis, suggested appeal language, prioritisation of work queues, and proposed payment arrangements. These are recommendations produced from the data available to the system, and that data may be incomplete, delayed or wrong.

Nothing published by ArkCloud Health - on this site, in a proposal, in a case study or in the product itself - should be read as a guarantee of a financial or operational result. In particular, we do not guarantee:

• That any claim will be paid, that any denial will be overturned, or that any appeal will succeed.
• Any specific recovery rate, collection rate, days-in-accounts-receivable figure, cost reduction, or return on investment.
• That a payer will accept a submission, honour a prior authorisation, or apply a policy consistently.
• That eligibility, benefit or coverage information retrieved from a third party is current or correct at the moment you rely on it.
• That any figure shown in the platform reconciles to your general ledger without your own verification.

Where illustrative figures appear anywhere on this site, they are illustrative. Results depend on your payer mix, your patient population, your existing processes and your staffing, none of which we control.

The platform includes features intended to support compliance with HIPAA, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and related requirements. Those features support your compliance programme; they do not constitute it, and their presence is not a determination that any particular use of the platform is compliant.

You remain responsible for your own regulatory obligations, for configuring the platform in line with them, for the accuracy of the data you enter, and for the conduct of your staff. The platform exchanges data with systems we do not operate - electronic medical records, clearinghouses, payers, payment processors and credit-reporting or address-verification services among them. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, availability or timing of data originating from those systems, nor for their own terms and privacy practices.
