- Charged seats
- Users working accounts, queues and payments. Users beyond a plan’s included count are priced per contract.
- Never charged a seat
- Schedulers, Front desk, Case managers, Operations, Executives and read-only reporting. Charging per head for these roles is what pushes an organisation into sharing logins, and a shared login makes the audit trail useless.

Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and we'll prorate any differences.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), ACH transfers, and wire transfers for enterprise customers. Annual plans receive a 10% discount.
Is implementation included?
Essentials and Professional plans include self-service onboarding with documentation and video tutorials. Enterprise plans include dedicated implementation support, custom training, and data migration assistance.
What's included in support?
Essentials plans receive email support (response within 24 hours). Professional plans get priority support with phone access (4-hour response time). Enterprise customers receive 24/7 dedicated support with a guaranteed 1-hour response time.
Are there any setup fees?
No setup fees for Essentials and Professional plans. Enterprise plans may have implementation fees depending on customization requirements, which are discussed during the sales process.
