What the platform is and is not. In particular, that it does not provide medical, legal, billing or financial advice, and that clinical and collections decisions remain yours.

General legal correspondence, contract questions and document requests go to [email protected]. Privacy requests and data subject rights go to [email protected], and security reports to [email protected]. Sending a legal notice to a support address slows it down; these three are monitored for the purpose.
