Investors

ArkCloud Health is a privately held company. This page states our position for anyone who needs it in writing.

Our position, stated plainly

Privately held

  • No ArkCloud Health security is publicly traded on any exchange or over-the-counter market. There is no ticker symbol.
  • We do not file periodic reports with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and we do not publish financial statements, revenue figures, customer counts or valuation.
  • We do not publish an investor deck, a data room, or forward financial projections on this website, and we do not distribute them on request to the general public.
  • Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security.

If a public position ever changes, it changes here first and with a date attached. Until then, treat the absence of a disclosure as the disclosure.

Beware of fraudulent offers

Private companies are routinely impersonated in investment scams, because there is no public filing for a victim to check. If someone has approached you offering shares, notes, tokens or “pre-IPO allocations” in ArkCloud Health, please read this before sending anyone money.

  • We do not cold-contact investors. Not by direct message, messaging app, social media, dating app or unsolicited call. An approach that begins that way did not come from us.
  • There is no retail offering. There is no crowdfunding campaign, no token, no coin, and no public share sale.
  • Check the domain carefully. Our only email addresses end in @arkcloudhealth.com. Look-alike domains with an inserted hyphen, a swapped letter or a different suffix are not us.
  • Urgency and secrecy are the tell. A closing window measured in hours, a request to keep the offer confidential, or a demand for payment in cryptocurrency or by wire to a personal account are all signs of fraud, whoever the company is.

If you have been approached, tell us at [email protected]. Forward the message with its full headers if you can. We would rather investigate ten forwarded emails than learn about the eleventh from the person who lost money to it. Report suspected securities fraud to the SEC at sec.gov/tcr, and to your local law enforcement.

Legitimate enquiries

Institutional and accredited investors with a genuine interest can write to [email protected] with the subject line Investor enquiry. Tell us who you are, who you represent and what you are asking for.

We read every one. We do not commit to responding to all of them, and any material we do share is provided under a confidentiality agreement and only where an exemption from registration applies. Please do not send unsolicited confidential information, business plans or ideas - we cannot accept them, and we cannot treat them as confidential.

Media, analysts and diligence

Journalists and analysts should contact us through the contact page. If you are verifying a claim you have seen attributed to us, start with our published claims positions on the compliance and security pages, which state which certifications are held, which are in progress, and which are not held at all. If something you have been shown does not match those pages, it did not come from us.

This page is provided for information only. It is not an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, it is not investment advice, and it does not constitute a prospectus or offering document in any jurisdiction. Statements about plans or intentions are forward-looking and may change without notice; see the disclaimer.
